Job title – Specialist Logistics

Location – Singapore

Romer Labs®, as a global player, is the number one niche provider of diagnostic solutions for the agricultural, food and feed industry. The Specialist Logistics is responsible for packing of goods for export shipments and perform all store duties including receiving, issuing, checking, load/unloading of goods.

Your key responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents like packing list, delivery orders and forward to relevant parties
• Prepare and churn out Purchase Order (PO) from the in-house accounting system
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local and oversea customers
• Work on shipment related modules in an ERP system
• Daily SAP HANA4 Data Maintenance to support Direct Shipment to Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Pakistan, and India
• Ability to certify for IATA Compliances and Training

You bring

• Minimum GCE "O" levels
• Experience in import and export documentation and shipping practices
• Positive working attitude with good initiatives
• Good communication skills (phone and e-mails)
• Good IT knowledge like Microsoft words, Excel and Powerpoint
• Ability to pack goods carefully and accurately
