Learning Technology Specialist - AI, Reporting, & Systems (India) Position Summary Maximus' Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) function seeks a Learning Technology Specialist - AI, Reporting, & Systems to support the design, build-out, and sustainment of AI-enabled learning technology solutions across the enterprise. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Organizational Development, this role will operate primarily behind the scenes but will have a significant impact on the efficiency, scalability, and insight generation of our L&D programs. The Learning Technology Specialist will serve as an internal reporting and systems expert, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and M365 AI capabilities to automate learning operations, enhance analytics, and enable smarter decision-making across L&D. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who enjoys building low code solutions, is comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and analytics, and balances hands-on technical work with documentation, governance, and ongoing sustainment. Success in this role is measured by improved efficiency, data reliability, and the sustained adoption of learning technology solutions.
