Job Description
Organizes and settles business trips
Manages calendars, including organizing client meetings and events
Supports the preparation and circulation of documents and emails
Provides administrative support based on the specific role of a supervisor
Takes ownership of all inquiries and problems, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate
Builds a network of relationships with the Executive Assistants team in different regions
Qualifications
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and high levels of self-motivation
Excellent command of both Polish and English
Superior communication skills
Proactive work approach with the ability to make appropriate decisions
Strong prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently
High levels of confidentiality and resilience in a busy role
Proven ability to build and maintain networks and relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, facilitating access to stakeholder diaries
Experience with G-Suite is an asset
This is an entry-level role
