Job description
As an Immigration Caseworker, you will play a critical role in managing and executing immigration processes for employees of corporate clients. Your work ensures compliance with immigration laws and regulations while delivering exceptional service across global or regional accounts. This position requires strong collaboration with clients, employees, legal teams, government bodies, and third-party stakeholders to facilitate seamless immigration procedures.
Support clients with immigration-related tasks under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications, work permits, and related documents.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, government offices, and internal teams.
Keep case files organized and ensure all documents are accurately maintained.
Learn and apply immigration rules and procedures to support client compliance.
Monitor application progress and help resolve basic issues or delays.
Use internal systems and tools to manage tasks efficiently.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and processes.
Requirements
Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in written work.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
A team player with a proactive and client-focused attitude.
Eagerness to learn about immigration processes and regulations.
Previous experience or internships in legal, HR, or administrative roles is a plus—but not required.
