Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about human resources and ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a talented Specialist Human Resources to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our HR administrative tasks run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone either part-time (at least 25 hours) or full-time.
Your impact:
Administrative Support: Offer administrative support related to various HR functions, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
HR Systems Maintenance: Maintain and update various HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Document Preparation: Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and professionalism.
Time-Tracking and Attendance: Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, or equivalent experience.
Experience: experience in HR administration is a plus
Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in German.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Your Personal Attributes: Proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
