Job Description

As a Specialist within our Global Mobility Services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Permanent Workforce Deployment (PWD) operations. Acting as the key point of contact for travelers, clients, and local offices, you will help ensure a smooth and compliant experience for employees on business travel assignments. This is a great opportunity to start your career in global mobility, where your support will directly contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of international deployments.

• Support employees, clients, and local teams with questions and tasks related to international business travel and workforce deployment.

• Help ensure documents and processes meet legal requirements under the Posted Worker Directive (PWD).

• Work closely with HR and other internal teams to make sure employee deployments run smoothly.

• Assist in keeping accurate records and working with external partners when needed.

• Prepare reports and updates to help track travel and deployment activities.

• Learn to spot potential issues in deployment processes and suggest ways to improve.

• Gather feedback from employees on assignment to help improve their experience and support.

Our requirements:

• English language at least B2 level, spoken and written.

• Very good analytical skills.

• Positive attitude towards learning and learning new processes.

• Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and delivering work on time. 

• Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.

• Openness to international cooperation.

• Practical ability to work in MS Excel is desirable.

• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is preferred.
