Job Description
As a Specialist within our Global Mobility Services team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Permanent Workforce Deployment (PWD) operations. Acting as the key point of contact for travelers, clients, and local offices, you will help ensure a smooth and compliant experience for employees on business travel assignments. This is a great opportunity to start your career in global mobility, where your support will directly contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of international deployments.
Support employees, clients, and local teams with questions and tasks related to international business travel and workforce deployment.
Help ensure documents and processes meet legal requirements under the Posted Worker Directive (PWD).
Work closely with HR and other internal teams to make sure employee deployments run smoothly.
Assist in keeping accurate records and working with external partners when needed.
Prepare reports and updates to help track travel and deployment activities.
Learn to spot potential issues in deployment processes and suggest ways to improve.
Gather feedback from employees on assignment to help improve their experience and support.
Our requirements:
English language at least B2 level, spoken and written.
Very good analytical skills.
Positive attitude towards learning and learning new processes.
Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and delivering work on time.
Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
Openness to international cooperation.
Practical ability to work in MS Excel is desirable.
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools is preferred.
