Job description
In your role as a specialist, you will monitor our production facilities and respond to process deviations. You will then carry out problem analyses in order to derive the correct measures. We are looking for your support for various process areas (wafer test, plasma processes, lithography, wet chemistry, furnace technology, etc.). In your new role you will be:
  • Operating and monitoring the production facilities
  • Carrying out error analysis and performing troubleshooting
  • Implementing the requalification measures and commissioning of production facilities
  • Supporting the continuous improvement process 
We operate on a continuous shift schedule. The work duration is 8 hours per shift / 36 hours per week with a 6/4 pattern. The work is carried out in a cleanroom environment.


You are best equipped for this task if you:
  • Have completed at least a vocational training as a micro technologist, process mechanic, electrician, etc.
  • Enjoy working in a highly automated production environment
  • Are proficient with MS products
  • Have a good working knowledge of German (minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred)
