Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Specialist Employee Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and providing excellent support to our employees. Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Manage and administer the time attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates, including:
    • Scheduling and overtime records
    • Data correction and validation as required
  • Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize time attendance reports, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, time, and leave-related queries, responding to tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and recommending changes as needed.
  • Provide support for change requests, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to payroll operations.
  • Process statutory payments to local statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or professional Degree in any field, with a preference for Human Resources.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT Systems.
  • Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations, including:
    • Tax laws
    • Social Security laws
    • Workmen Compensation laws
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
