Customer Service Agent with French language skills for back office tasks.

Tasks:

- Recording and modifying orders

- Handling complaints

- Contacting customers in writing

- Written and verbal communication with French colleagues

- Preparing and amending price quotations

Expectations:                                                                                                                     

- Ability to work reliably                                                                             

- Ability to work independently and accurately                                 

- Computer skills at user level

- Written and verbal communication in advanced French and English language
