Specialist/ Consultant Spine Surgeon

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert surgical care, diagnose complex spinal conditions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient treatment. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with spinal disorders through clinical assessments and diagnostic imaging.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans including surgical interventions.
• Perform a variety of spinal surgical procedures emphasizing minimally invasive techniques when appropriate.
• Manage perioperative patient care and monitor postoperative recovery.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, risks, and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and comply with medical standards and regulations.
• Stay abreast of advancements in spine surgery through continuous education and research involvement.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a spine surgeon.
• Proficient in advanced spine surgical techniques, including minimally invasive approaches.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and medical education.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills considered an asset.
