Job Summary
Assist the Client Service - Technology team in their technology initiatives such as
- Help liaise with development team and end-user team members on issues being faced
- Help the client service teams by understanding and resolving queries of end-users
- Help with drafting of guidance material and education of end-user teams
- Draft communications to be sent to end-users on this initiative
- Test the new developments with different combinations of data and situations
Job Description:
Assist in the day-to-day activities on the internal software including the following tasks:
- Beta testing of tax return module, Withholding tax module, advance tax module
- Unit testing of other technology related work related to BOTs,
- Preparing draft communications and guidance emails during launches for the end users and other technology initiative related work and their updation
- Updation and Maintenance of foreign exchange rates database and IFSCodes as per RBI website
- Other liaising matter with the development team and end users
