About the Role

The incumbent is responsible for recruitment, BP operation, and support employee relationship related in the assigned city.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Actively collect industrial and talent market information for recruitment strategy decision.
  • Develop and manage recruitment channels to improve recruitment efficiency on supporting BUs.
  • Identify the recruiting needs and qualifications required to target the right potential candidates.
  • Proactively sourcing, screening and shortlisting of candidates through all kinds of channel for a wide range of roles.
  • Management of recruitment approval process, working closely with candidates and people managers under limit supervision to ensure hiring processes are run smoothly.
  • Individually handle the full recruitment cycle and responsible for the communication with internal stakeholder

Employee relationships:

  • Assist team leader to handle the ER cases, including but not limited to integration of policies, procedures, legal advice consolidation, relevant materials / template preparation and practices at 100% compliance.

Talent Retention:

  • Improve employee retention by tracking attrition and understanding root causes.
  • Assist line managers in talent review and work out retention and development plans to support the business growth.
  • Review and analyze business requests to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, and employee engagement

  • Ensure the compliance of HR GPS.
  • Coordinate all awards and promotion for employees.
  • Handle employee relationship related matters.
  • Manage new employee induction and check-in/out process.
  • Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned.
  • Conduct and summarize related HR reports as required.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

  • Attainment of objectives and adherence to guidelines, accuracy and completeness of work
  • Internal customer satisfaction rate

  • Regular meeting with leader or team member to review job progress
  • Various ad hoc meetings with different parties within the company

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years' HR recruitment working experience in multinational company.
  • At least 2 years’ HRBP experience and be ability  to handle the ER case indepently.
  • In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand; energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Good command of English, communication skills
