Fixed asset barcode label tagging & scanning for new addition assets and reprint barcode for existence assets.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Coordinate annual physical asset sighting.
• Validate and verify the accuracy and completeness of business trip and staff claim.
• Ascertain completeness of archived documents (incl. LHDN e-invoice, Withholding Tax & Service Tax).
• Government survey / reports preparation.
• SAP accounts / reports preparation and reconciliation (incl. payment, expenses, etc).
• Ability undertaking minor ad-hoc project / assignment (incl. SYNT winding-up/liquidation activities).

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma holder with strong relevant work experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Possesses 2-5 years of work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge in accounting processes & procedures.
• Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Work experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc) and Microsoft Office (ie. Words, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to communicate in both English and Bahasa.
