A career in our Deals Strategy practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

Our team helps companies navigate the accounting and financial reporting challenges of business combinations. As part of the team, you’ll develop roadmaps of the driving economic objectives, determine the appropriate professionals needed, and consider financial reporting implications for deals.

Deals Strategy serves two primary client sets:
1. Private Equity Funds – services include:

team to complement our sector coverage.
About the Role
Designation: Specialist – Deals Strategy
Desired Experience:
- Up to 2 years of management consulting experience with a research / consulting firm
Desired Educational Background – Undergraduate and/or a second degree (which is not an MBA)
Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai
Role Description:
- Conduct primary and secondary research
- Support engagement teams with market sizing, competitive benchmarking, business plan assumption
testing, deal risk / upside analysis
- Communicate findings to internal engagement teams
- Support in proposal and business development
Candidate requirements:
- Very strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to frequently work under tight timelines and pressure
- Limited travel will be expected for fieldwork
- Ability to work well in teams (often cross-functional) with a diverse set of colleagues
- Ideally seeking to continue the pursuit of further education within 3 years of joining
