Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop programming that prepares students for internship and full-time recruiting across multiple industries.
- Benchmark programming against peer Top 25 MBA programs and incorporate emerging best practices.
- Create a multi-year programming strategy that continuously evolves based on student and employer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative programming that differentiates the MBA Career Coaching from that of our competitors
