BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs to join the team in Mooresville, NC. BAYADA’s Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. We’re urgently hiring Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs for the following area: Mooresville, Statesville, Catawba, and the surrounding area

Shifts available: Afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts available! 
*shifts subject to change based on client needs

How You’ll Make an Impact as Special Needs Caregiver / DSP:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
• Help lift and reposition clients.

Qualifications for Our Special Needs Caregivers / DSPs:

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities 
• High school diploma or equivalent
