研華正在招募一位經驗豐富的系統產品NPI工程人員，主要進行NPI與MP系統組包裝的流程規劃，並持續推動智能製造生產專案，如AI影像導入/自動化生產/數據化管理平台/生產式AI分析運用於生產等先進智能化專案，歡迎對先進智能化領域的專業工程人員加入共同成長。
主要工作內容：
- NPI流程與MP產品組包裝生產流程與設計優化與設計變更主導
- 客戶稽核認證
- 批量性異常/重大異常/客訴異常分析追蹤確效
- 持續推動智能製造工廠進行專案規劃導入落地確效
- 生產技術提升
