Role Purpose

The role supports engineering and maintenance teams by ensuring timely availability, coordination, and tracking of materials and spare parts, enabling efficient service and maintenance operations in line with KONE quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts.

·        Identify the most suitable sources of supply for urgent material requirements.

·        Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.

·        Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations as required.

·        Create and manage material requisitions in the system.

·        Log, track, and monitor material consumption across all SHN stores.

Qualifications & Experience

·        2–5 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, logistics, or maintenance support.

·        Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for material requisitions and tracking.

·        Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, doors, and related spare parts (KONE and non‑KONE).

·        Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management.
