Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their systems are set up according to specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to facilitate a seamless transition.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and system optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the implementation process and client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, with strong proficiency in English being an advantage.
• Experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and tools is a plus.
• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for technology.
