Responsibilities

• Guide Spanish-speaking customers through our product range, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and assist in closing deals.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or product consulting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product solutions and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to assess customer needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their objectives through innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus.
