Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking partners, addressing their inquiries and support needs.
• Provide expert guidance on product usage and integration to enhance partner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners to troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Document partner interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Identify trends in partner feedback and work to improve service offerings.
• Engage with internal teams to create resources and training materials for partner support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Experience in customer service or partner support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address partner challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support software is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and dedication to fostering partner success are essential.
