Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers with their online shopping inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to orders, payments, and returns.
• Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and store policies to ensure accurate and helpful customer support.
• Maintain a positive and engaging communication style to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall online shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in online or e-commerce environments, is preferred.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using online shopping platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
