Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for our online marketplace.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and policies.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and managing complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide customers in navigating the marketplace and understanding product offerings.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve services and processes.
• Collaborate with team members and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, product information, and industry developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or marketplace operations is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with online marketplace platforms is a plus.
