Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on best practices for implementing IT solutions effectively within their organizations.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate technology strategies to improve business operations.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of IT solutions.
• Collaborate with product development teams to communicate client feedback and drive improvements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; strong English skills are preferred.
• Experience in IT consulting, solutions development, or a related field.
