Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate chat interactions within the gaming platform to encourage positive communication.
• Engage with players by responding to questions and comments promptly and professionally.
• Identify and address inappropriate language, behavior, or content in accordance with community guidelines.
• Provide support to players by addressing their concerns and offering assistance when needed.
• Collaborate with the gaming team to implement strategies that enhance the chat experience.
• Collect and report player feedback to help improve the gaming environment and community standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and an understanding of gaming culture.
• Previous experience in chat moderation, community management, or customer support is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and foster a positive online atmosphere.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with various gaming platforms.
• Proficiency with chat moderation tools and community engagement strategies is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate peak gaming times.
