Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Spanish-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Understand clients' business objectives and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive client success.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Strong experience in client management, consulting, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively.
• Ability to understand complex business environments and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on delivering value to clients.
• Experience with CRM systems and enterprise-level consulting is a plus.
