Responsibilities

• Engage with clients in Spanish to understand their digital store needs and provide tailored solutions for optimization.
• Guide clients through set-up and management processes of their digital storefronts.
• Provide training and ongoing support concerning digital retail tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share client feedback and enhance service offerings.
• Monitor trends in e-commerce to provide clients with informed insights and recommendations.
• Document interactions and outcomes to continually improve the quality of service.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in digital retail or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to track and interpret performance data.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
