Spanish Speaking Customer Success Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Spanish-speaking customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your fluency in Spanish will be key in providing personalized support, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and needs with a proactive approach.
• Guide customers through product implementation and usage, ensuring they are maximizing value.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and feedback.
• Monitor customer health metrics and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and prevent churn.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and product development.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong background in customer service or customer success roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with customer success software and CRM tools is an advantage.
