Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their integration needs and develop effective solutions.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the integration process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Document technical specifications and integration processes clearly for both clients and internal teams.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to B2B integration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance integration capabilities and service offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
• Familiarity with integration tools and technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL tools, APIs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to meeting client needs and challenges.
