Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers seeking automotive services and support.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicle services, maintenance, and product offerings.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments and ensuring they are aware of the services provided.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and a strong customer satisfaction focus.
• Educate customers on service options, warranties, and promotions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.
• Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and telephone systems.
