Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations and maintenance of the Spa Division at MGM

• Maximize spa productivity at the same time to fulfill Forbes 5-star service standards and expectation from hotel guests

• Support the Spa operation, including adherence of cleanliness as well as hygiene standards and ensure the functionality and maintenance of all equipment in the spa areas

• Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of Receptionists and Spa Attendants, ensuring the Forbes standards and the highest level of service is provided to Spa guests, members and customers

• Assist on keeping the accurate inventory of Spa products, linens, supplies, etc

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

• Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office, Zenoti, SpaSoft and/or CSS, SpaBooker, HotSOS knowledge desirable

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
