Spa Suite Lead - Aria

As a Lead Receptionist, you’ll create an inviting first impression and a lasting memory, guiding guests through a seamless and elevated experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.50

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Proactively greet, interact, and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction

• Meet the demands of a fast‐paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi‐task

• Monitor the Call Center and Reception Desk for cleanliness and re‐organize as needed

• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of computers/office equipment

• Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day

• Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Be knowledgeable of Spa and Salon Department Goal Board/Market Metrix Board and Hotel goals

• Own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the guest’s satisfaction

• Identify and report defects throughout the Spa and Salon; notify supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations

​THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in luxury guest service is preferred

• Has prior experience working in a Spa or Salon setting

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
