- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, locker rooms, and relaxation areas.
- Replenish towels, robes, slippers, and guest supplies.
- Prepare refreshments and wellness stations.
- Support therapists and supervisors with operational requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of laundry and spa linens.
- Report maintenance or operational issues promptly.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.
