Spa & Aesthetics Sales Manager (Client Experience)

Compensation: $3,000/month base + commission (OTE $100,000+/year)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed monthly revenue goals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and retention

• Lead, coach, and support front desk staff to achieve sales and service standards

• Oversee appointment flow, handle client inquiries, and resolve concerns

• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities

• Partner with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and membership sales

• Stay up-to-date with spa services, skincare products, and wellness trends

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management (spa, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Goal-driven, customer-focused, and highly motivated

• Familiarity with CRM systems, spa booking tools, and skincare products (a plus)

• Reliable transportation and ability to work at least one weekend day
