What You'll Do:
- Support day-to-day logistics and operational activities in South Korea, ensuring smooth execution of processes and timely coordination with partners and vendors.
- Monitor and help drive SLA performance, proactively identifying gaps and contributing to solutions that enhance customer experience and service reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear, concise communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Contribute to scaling Korea operations by improving workflows, supporting process optimization, and assisting in the implementation of efficient logistics practices.
Who You Are:
- Undergraduate or recently graduate college students in the field of Business, Engineering, or related degree program.
- Has a prior experience or knowledge in anything related to operations or related fields.
- Can report to our South Korea office for the entire 6-month duration of the internship contract.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders clearly and concisely across teams.
- Highly organized, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, with an agile mindset in handling fast-paced operational tasks.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses structured thinking—able to prioritize effectively, create clarity from ambiguity, connect insights, and understand business impact.
- Fluent in Korean, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken contexts.
