MANDYNAMIC is seeking Sous Chef on behalf of  well known Chain Restaurants in Limassol, Cyprus. Candidates should have a positive attitude, responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and executing a variety of dishes
• Directing the preparation of the menu
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and complying with food hygiene standards.
• Smooth collaboration with kitchen staff.
• Monitoring and managing stock to minimize wastage and maintain quality.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Team player
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good knowledge of the english and/or Greek
• Experience as chef de partie
• Previous experience as sous chef will be an advantage
• Be able to work in a fast- paced environment
