Vacancy: Sous Chef Required - Gastro Pub - £28K + tips + bonus

We are looking for a Sous Chef with premium Gastro experience who is motivated, enthusiastic and driven to join the brigade of an award- winning country Gastro pub.

What we are looking for:
  • Fresh food background.
  • Someone to assist in the running of a large, busy kitchen.
  • Someone who works well under pressure.
  • An understanding of Stock, GP and Labour Control.
