• Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment, taking responsibility for the quality of each and every dish served
• Be hands on & support your Head Chefs and Line Chefs, assisting development and inspiring them to become the Sous Chefs of the future
• Ordering and controlling stock while achieving and reporting profit for your site.
