Sous Chef Required

Here AWD.Group we are seeking a strong willed Sous Chef, we have an award winning kitchen focussing heavily on Street Food.

  • All made fresh in-house
  • Great kitchen culture
  • 45 hour week
  • 2 days off weekly
  • Creative input to menu & dishes
  • Sous Chef with drive - no snow flakes!

As Sous Chef we would prefer someone that has experience and understanding of Street Food in all its essence, what's trending - future movements & will to push exciting and innovative dishes.

You will support Head Chef with his duties, kitchen documentation, training and mentoring junior Chefs, as Sous Chef you will head up kitchen in absences of Head Chef.
