Job Description:

Maintenance Specialist. Work mainly on own with limited supervision. Groundskeeping, minor electrical, minor plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, assist housekeeping as needed.

 

Job Duties: Mainly groundskeeping but minor plumbing, electrical, or janitorial duties as well.

Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: No specific education, training, or experience is required for entry to this class.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in groundskeeping is preferred but not necessary. Minor plumbing and electrical knowledge.

Other: Regular and Reliable attendance is required.
