Sorter

A Delivery Parcel Sorter is responsible for efficiently sorting and organizing packages to ensure timely delivery. They work in distribution centers or warehouses, preparing parcels for transit to their final destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming parcels for accuracy and condition.
• Sort packages by delivery route, size, weight, or destination using hand or machine-assisted methods.
• Load and unload parcels on conveyor belts, pallets, or carts.
• Maintain organized and clean work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy packages.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior experience in sorting, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Working in a noisy, active warehouse environment.
• Working hours 11pm to 8am
