Junior Sommelier, Newbury, £22k - £24k.

Great opportunity to join a 5 Red-Star property with a 3 Rosette Restaurant in Newbury.

• Working as part of the Sommelier team (7 Somms).
• Over 2,500 wine references.

As a Junior Sommelier you will be responsible for:

• A section of the restaurant.
• Understanding the wine list.
• Service of wine and beverages.
• Upkeep of the cellar and wine vault.
• Back of house duties.

You should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a natural passion for wine and the ability to offer a warm welcome and create an outstanding guest experience.
