Join our Technology, Data & AI Capability team and help shape the future of AI-driven advertising. You'll lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes while driving the execution of FirstAdvertising's AI strategy and roadmap.  

The Solutions Specialist is responsible for translating business opportunities into scalable AI solutions, leveraging Google Cloud Platform technologies to create intelligent advertising products that improve targeting, optimisation, measurement, personalisation, and overall campaign performance.  

Purpose of the Role 

To provide strategic and technical leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of FirstAdvertising's AI capabilities by designing and delivering AI and Machine Learning solutions that create commercial value, improve operational efficiency, and advance innovation across the organisation.  

Key Responsibilities 

AI Strategy & Innovation 

• Lead the development and execution of the FirstAdvertising AI Roadmap. 

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities that drive business value, innovation, and competitive advantage. 

• Translate business objectives into AI use cases, solution roadmaps, and delivery plans. 

AI Solution Delivery 

• Architect, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions across audience targeting, creative development, predictive analytics, bid optimisation, attribution modelling, and personalisation.

• Design secure, production-ready solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform technologies. 

• Drive end-to-end solution delivery from concept and prototyping through to deployment and optimisation. 

Technical Leadership 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists. 

• Provide technical direction, solution architecture oversight, and AI best practices across the organisation. 

• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. 

Performance & Stakeholder Management 

• Define and measure AI solution performance, business impact, and ROI. 

• Partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to align AI initiatives with strategic objectives. 

• Communicate insights, recommendations, and progress effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences 

You Will Be an Ideal Candidate If You 

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. 

• Hold an active Google Cloud Certification such as:  

• Professional Cloud Architect 

• Professional Machine Learning Engineer 

• Professional Data Engineer 

• Or an equivalent certification. 

• Have 7-10 years of experience within digital advertising, ad-tech, data, analytics, or a related technology environment. 

• Have proven experience designing and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions on Google Cloud Platform. 

• Have experience leading technical teams and managing complex technology initiatives. 

• Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with executive leadership. 

• Have a strong track record of translating business requirements into practical technology solutions. 

• Possess excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
