Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, Series A-stage AI governance and observability platform that helps organizations build, evaluate, and deploy AI systems with confidence. Our platform powers continuous evaluation, real-time monitoring, automated compliance, and data quality tooling for ML and LLM systems — from prototype through production.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of customer success, technical depth, and product feedback. You'll partner with enterprise clients worldwide to tailor and deploy our software, accelerating pilots to production and driving measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Deliver and customize the platform's software for top enterprise clients around the globe.

• Communicate client needs and translate them into technical demos and tailored deployments.

• Map client requirements to product capabilities by deeply understanding the AI landscape and the clients' specific use cases.

• Demonstrate and configure both the frontend (Next.js / TypeScript) and backend (Flask / PostgreSQL / RQ workers) stack during client engagements.

• Support deployments on AWS and/or on-premises, cloud-agnostic configurations.

• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve deployments, tests, and user documentation.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions engineering.

• Strong proficiency in Python; ability to quickly customize and adapt code for client demos and deployments.

• Deep, hands-on understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including state-of-the-art ML models used to generate insights and data-centric tests.

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to tailor technical presentations for diverse global audiences.

• Solid computer science fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

• Frontend experience with Next.js and TypeScript.

• Backend experience with Flask, PostgreSQL, and RQ workers.

• Experience deploying on AWS or on-premises, cloud-agnostic environments.

• Prior experience delivering to enterprise clients or managing large-scale deployments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100,000 – $200,000 USD annually, depending on experience.

• Visa sponsorship is available.

Based in San Francisco, CA. This role supports a hybrid work arrangement (on-site or remote).
