• Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of PTC Codebeamer to customers, prospects & partners
• Organize technical workshops based on customers’ and partners’ business needs
• Engage with customers, prospects and partners with training and enablement activities
• As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges
• Act as technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers & R&D
• Support sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with current customers, partners, and prospects
• Develop technical responses for customer requests for information and proposals (RFI, RFP…)
• Analyze customers’ processes and PTC solutions value
• Occasional travel to conferences and workshops may be required

• Very good relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented
• Take the lead and responsibility for customer presales engagements 
• Attention to detail, solution-finding and good presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and structured thinking
• Experience in software programming is a plus (Java, C, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

• Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years professional experience in a similar role, ALM experience (automotive/medical/pharma/A&D) is a bonus
