Solution Architect

To support NN International's technology strategy and drive the design of sustainable data, AI, and cloud solutions, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Czechia.

Your impact at NN

As a Solution Architect, you will design and drive the implementation of data, AI, and cloud solutions aligned with NN International’s enterprise architecture and business strategy. Working closely with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders across multiple countries, you will help shape scalable, sustainable, and high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with NN standards, policies, and regulations.

Your responsibilities

• Design solution architectures for business and technology initiatives.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, tech leads, product owners, and business stakeholders across NN International.

• Prepare solution designs, POCs, and technical documentation.

• Evaluate solution options and provide architectural recommendations.

• Guide development teams and promote architecture best practices.

• Contribute to NN’s technology vision, focusing on cloud, data, AI, and modern application architectures.

• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, reliability, and other non-functional requirements.
   

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering IT, data, or cloud solutions.

• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles and cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Experience with data platforms, integrations, and modern application architectures.

• Understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
