Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with national identity programs such as Aadhar, MyKad, Singpass, or UAE Pass.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Architecture: Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient identity and access management solutions.

2. National Identity Programs: Provide expertise in national identity programs such as Aadhar, MyKad, Singpass, or UAE Pass.

3. Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and engineers.

5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical solutions and plans to stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on identity and access management.

3. National Identity Programs: Hands-on experience with national identity programs such as Aadhar, MyKad, Singpass, or UAE Pass.

4. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in areas such as identity management, access control, authentication, and authorization.
