Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, electrical knowledge, and a passion for renewable energy.

Requirements

• Install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other solar components on residential and commercial properties.
• Perform system layouts and follow design blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ensure systems are installed to code and meet all safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar panel systems.
• Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers and represent the company professionally
