Soil Analyst/Technician

Our client a  reputable engineering, construction, maintenance and multidiscipline contracting with diversified operations due to recent expansion requires the service of the following candidates as listed below:

Will be requiredto travel to project sites from time to time, obtain soil samples usingspecialized equipment, to analyze soil sample in the laboratory, to collaboratewith other soil scientist, architects and structural engineers, to conductresearch, gather information and writing necessary reports, to review theprojects so as to defined the exact materials needed. Their strength andcapabilities. Must investigate the study of effect or risks the constructionproject will pose to humans and nearby properties.

BSC/HND soil science (minimum of second class lower) from any reputable institution. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.

Working experience 3-5 years.

Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, prepare reports using Microsoft office, have good knowledge of international standards projects. Project management tools an extensive experience in the field of engineering. Command good quality measurement and conversion.
