Software Test Automation (QA)

In this role, you will help strengthen product quality across a broad platform environment spanning digital banking and payments solutions. You will play an important part in ensuring releases are dependable, test coverage continues to improve, and teams have the quality insights they need to move efficiently. This is an opportunity to contribute to products used in demanding, high-availability environments while working closely with engineering and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.
• Create test plans, test cases, and regression suites for new features.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable releases.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, track, and resolve defects.
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to improve product stability and coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience across web, mobile, and APIs.
• Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Appium, along with hands-on experience in Java, JavaScript or TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid experience with API testing, defect tracking, and regression testing strategies.
• Experience analyzing test results to improve software quality.
• Experience working with developers, product managers, engineering leads, and cross-functional QA teams.
• Eligible to work in Thailand.
• Experience in the fintech domain is a plus.
